Shipping and Returns

Delivery Policy

  • Prescription glasses and contact lenses are manufactured for your individual prescription. Once we have reviewed your prescription and have all the details we need, your order will be processed. 
  • Prescription orders can take 5-10 business days, and non-prescriptions orders can take 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • All orders are shipped either by Australia Post Standard or Express. On some occasions, our supplier may send your order directly to you. 
  • Please contact us ahead of time to let us know if you would like to organise for a collection / pick up at our local stores in Williamstown or Doncaster in Victoria, Australia.

Refund Policy

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for contact lenses once they have been opened, unless they are faulty. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt to ensure that it is the correct prescription. 
  • If your contact lenses are faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
  • No refunds or exchanges on contact lenses if you change your mind or decide they do not suit you after purchase. 
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on contact lenses if the prescription provided upon checkout was incorrect. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of prescriptions provided.
  • Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products.
  • Please note, all sale items are final. No refund or exchange applies for change of mind.
  • If you have any issues with your order, please drop us an email at info@eyephilosophy.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will endeavour to resolve your issue.
